My hba1c diagnosed 5.8 recently. Should I start any medicine for that is it serious condition please advice me.I m very much concern about it

Hello Doctor, I am 33 weeks 2 days pregnant, I have gestational diabetes, I take Metformin 1000mg 2 times per day and diabetic diet, my sugar level was very well controlled for that Fasting is 87 and Pp 94, but suddenly my sugar level increase so much in just 3 to 4 days it became fasting 102 and PP 111 .why is this happening is their any problem? How can I control it now?

Sir/ mam , i  am using thyronorm 100 mg last 2month. Now my TSH 12.2 shall I continue 100 mg tablet or want to change the tablet.

I went through a intestine surgery in mid June 24. Because of it my weight reduced from 65 kg to 50 kg. Now my weight is 54 kg . How to improve weight . I am under medication for diabetes. My hba1c is 5.7...am i prediabetic?...someone told me diabetes is like binary number it can be 0 or 1 only...u may have diabetes or not..nothing in between...so am i diabetic now?

Hi, my TSH on 3rd Jan was 5.08, recently when it was done again it was around 3.72 My question is first I did it on an empty stomach and the second time it was after breakfast. Could it be the reason for the difference, also should I get it checked again ?
