But I need a permanent solution for this problem, and I need proper advice for the foreskin removal circumcision process. I'm a sales professional where I can't take leave more than 2 or 3 days. If you have frequent infection which means your non compliance to medication. Check your Hba1c and ppbs. If hba1c too high above 9 then consider circumcision. Atleast  a 1 week rest is needed as you are diabetic so wound healing would slow

First you should rule out all the treatable causes of frequent penile infection. You are a diabetic patient, which is itself a risk if it's uncontrolled. First test for Diabetes control - HBA1C, Fasting and 2h PP blood glucose, Kindly describe what are the medicines you are taking?! If required then go for circumcision procedure.
