I am a diabetic patient on insulin few items i sweat a lot on face head i take some sugar bisciuts with tea situation gets normal within 10/15 minutes what is reason and remedy

You have missed to mention a few very important details here.
You haven't mentioned what are your sugar levels as of now. Also, how much insulin you take?
Any other medications like for blood pressure, cholesterol, thyroid etc?
