I often have pain in my legs I have taken painkiller tablets but I didn't got any relief from that so what should I do I feel it might be a symptom of diabetes

Age 31 FEMALE prediabetic HbA1c - 5.7 ( in lab) Fasting - 94.46 (in lab) After 2 hours of  dinner - 139 (test done at home with glucometer) Iam taking glycomet SR 500mg -twice So need advice on medication whether to continue or reduce or completely avoid

What is the ideal fasting time for checking the sugar levels in morning. Usually, fasting between 8 to 12 hours is recommended. As per trend, my sugar levels are high if test is conducted after 8 hours fasting and are in range if it's conducted after 10 hours. Which one is more reliable?

I've been recommended to consult a doctor for obtaining a prescription of Rybelsus (Oral Semaglutide) for weight management and diabetes (type 2) treatment. I'm not sure of any side effects that I might be vulnerable to, but I'm currently on no medication at all, if that helps. My current weight is 116 Kilograms and HbA1c is at 8.3 since past 1 year. I've been exercising regularly however I keep failing at dieting plans after a few weeks. Before I consult a doctor, it would be a great help if someone can advise on whether semaglutide is a good course of action, given my current health conditions (Report Attached) Doctors in this city apparently do not have time for an actual conversation,so if anything else needs immediate attention (I'm guessing liver) some good practices might help. I understand that not much can be recommended without an actual consult, but please do your best to explain as much as possible.

I am 33 yrs old Female, weight 89kg, height 5.4 ft. Recent blood report FBS122, PPBS158, HbA1C - 7, I have been taking Escitalopram and clonazepam for last 4 yrs. Am I diabetic? What should I do next? Plz guide me. My thyroid profile is normal. Fasting insulin level is also normal.

Hi dr,am hypothyroid patient since 3 years My T3,T4 levels are normal till novembre month 2024  and there is diffrence for Free TSH ,yesterday i hv done  again FreeT3,T4 and TSH level ,there is difference seen in T3 hormone are my reports ok .... am attaching my reports of novembre month as well as yesterdays test report ...kindly have a look and help me out for this ... thank u

24th week pregnancy in my got test my fast sugar 85 , 75gm Glucose after 1 hour 173 and 2 hours 154 then I have changed my diet and done test again 28 weeks and 6 days and fast sugar 81 and after food 162. Is it normal?

On Nov 13 2024 my HBA1C was 7.9 it came down to 5.6 as of today. Can I reduce my tablets Glycomet SR 500 daily morning and evening to 1 per day if so what time is best to take 1per day tablet
