Care AI Shimmer
Continue physical activity – Gym, yoga, walking, or any regular exercise helps improve insulin sensitivity. Aim for at least 150 minutes of moderate activity per week. Maintain a balanced diet – Focus on whole grains, vegetables, lean protein, nuts, and fruits in moderation. Cut down on refined carbs, fried foods, and sugary drinks. Increase protein & fiber intake – Helps keep you full and reduces post-meal sugar spikes. Weight management – Even a 5–7% reduction in body weight (if overweight) significantly lowers risk of progression to diabetes. Adequate sleep & stress management – Yoga and meditation can help reduce stress hormones that worsen sugar control. Regular monitoring – Check fasting sugar and HbA1c every 3–6 months to track improvement.
