I have erectile dysfunction and loss of morning erection at the age of 25. I have did my hormonal profile and find out my Total and Free testosterone is very low. Who should I consult?

We normally did the 3months average blood test (hba1c) and the result was 5.9% .he previously doesn't have any diabetes and even now he doesn't have any symptoms of diabetes .now the result is normal ? Or else we need to take the medicine for that. Hba1c =5.9% Fasting = 115 After eating= 155

My bp is elevated to 149 im overweight and obese will it be controlled with exercise and diet did i got stage 1 hypertension and i should start using medicine? And i should live with it?

My Urine ACR on 4/4/2025 was 2.84 mg/g On 18/5/2025 it was 5.77 mg/g On 23/06/2025 it came 14.69 mg/g Serum creatinine,blood urea,potassium & usg were all normal on 4/4/2025 BP is 140/90,HbA1c is 6 What might be the cause of such gradual rising trend of Urine ACR level ? Need to know whether it is fully reversible at this stage or not...

Routine check TSH 5.48.  t3,t4 normal. Total Protein 8.4, globulin 3.8.  vit D, 9. Is there a need for thyroid medication or dietary changes? No other conditions.

Does the usage of Medicines like Practomet 1 mg and Teneva increase the frequency of urination? Do they increase urine quantity?

Hi, I have  hypothyroid from 5yrs,when my TSH level came 10.53 doc started giving 50mcg Thyronorm 5yrs ago from then I take this pill regularly. My current medication is Thyronorm 50mcg. I'm taking it regularly but sometimes there is gap . Today I have done my TSH level test and my TSH level alleviated. I'm attaching my report please see and suggest doses of Thyronorm along with some tips to control TSH level. I have already started taking Multivitamin cap, Calcium tab Vitamin-D soft gel cap as I have spinal pain (middle to upper-cervical pain )and back pain when I do some Household work.

My mother has sugar of 375 pre lunch ( most of the time) we measured it through device at home. She doesn't take any medicines. She doesn't want to any test. She is having swelling in the left leg it happens on its own and now she has something like wound , it started from very small scratch. What should I do?
