I m diabetic my fasting sugar is 251 and post prandial is 320 and Hb1ac is 9. I m taking 500 mg metformin BD and 1gm glimipride BD . Help me in controlling my blood sugar

I've been having thyroid last 3 yrs n i'm taking 55mcg tab n my current report of TSH is 5.606..so i want to know how much of mcg of tablets i need to take..n also i'm planning for kid so is it possible during thyroid..

My father have diabetes problem for which he is taking medication. Once he got fever, during the test we found that he have TB problm. He is not eating well keeps on vomiting whatever he eats. One day he got blood while coughing and he is admitted in hospital and doctors told that his body may be partially get paralyzed.
