Hormonal Imbalances

I'm 23 yeras old, married. i've been experiencing sudden unexpected headaches for the past two weeks , which are unbearable, and my face looks swollen , especially above the eyes, cheeks. i have taken up thyroid profile, and T3 , T4 levels seems normal but TSH is 5.8. Is my TSH level alarming? DO i need to take medications my whole lifetime?

Before four months i was sufferd with higrade fever for eight days after that bleeding piles now its all right i want treatment for diabetis

My TSH test shows high thyroid​ of 9.16. I am taking medicine for vitiligo. My doctor advice me to take medication for thyroid. My weight is also increasing.

I was diagnosed with diabetes 2 weeks before. I'm on Trajenta Duo 2.5/500mg. I go walking for 60 minutes a day. I'm always tired and confused, often I'm forgetting what I do. Where I kept things like that. Feeling so insecured. I don't remember things I did or what I have to do. I couldn't walk on road in day time for a shopping or visit a nearby friend house as I have a fear of getting dizzy. I get angry easily. I have checked my blood sugar level today and it shows reading of 115 in FBS and 135 in post prandial level. Can anyone help me out?
