I had run steroids cycles in gym at a very early age for around 6 to 7 months which is too much, so now in result my hormones that is estrogen, progesterone and testosterone got imbalanced and I am facing severe symptoms.

After a lab test my TSH level is 7.80 and free T4 is 0.97.Do I have to take medicines to control it.
