Hormonal Imbalances

I am 64 male, weigh 105kg with 10years diagnosed type 2 diabetes. On 500mg gluformin in morning and 250mg gluformin in evening . average reading fasting 120-130 and pp 180-250.

My early fasting glucose is 135 with headache and postprondial reading after 2 hours is 200. Takng glycomet SR 500 mg daily two. My TSH is 9.1. pl. advice further

I have done HbA1c test and FBS and values are indicated above. what does this mean? I see this as abnormal

Just 15 minutes back I have taken 2 tabs of janumet 50/1000 by mistake against the prescribed dose of one tab. I am supposed to have one in the morning which I had and one at night but have taken 2 by miatake. Please advise.

I have PCOS for about a year and a half now. I have been taking homeopathy medication all this while. It is told that for Pcos one must take homeopathy or ayurvedic treatment. I want to know if allopathic treatment can also be helpful and can completely wash this problem off my system? The treatment I have been taking has helped me but I would want to now cure it as soon as possible without side effects! Please answer and oblige.
