I am suffering​ from thyroid since 5 years . Regularly I used to have peroid for 2 months but now I have no periods from 3 and half months and also my weight is increasing drastically.my regular medication is thyronorm 100 mg

Hello...... hypothyroidism is due to decreased thyroxin harmone. It s commonly associated with weight gain and irregular period..... One need to take medications regularly.. Its long term problem..you should limit their intake of broccoli, Brussels sprouts, cabbage,cauliflower, , turnips. Check your thyroid profile level if it's high dose readjustment can be done..
