I took test for hypothyroidism in which TSH is 18.55.I am currently using 75mcg and can see my thyroid swelled a lot.Please suggest.I am on medication from 2013

You need to increase the dose of the thyroxine. Please consult regarding enlargement of thyroid to look for nodularity.
