Hi , I have couple of questions below are they Can a person with hypothyroid condition drink Ragi malt / Ragi Java ? Will ragi/millets have negative effects on hypothyroid condition ?

Hello.. No sir..Ragi is rich in calcium actually...It doesn't have any side effects..So you don't have to worry about it... Hypothyroid is not realted with the Ragi thing..Hope you understand.. thank you
