your tsh value is high .you need other investigations.first consult family /general physician in a hospital with good lab support.depending on other results they will treat you or refer to a endocrinologist.

Hello....... hypothyroidism is due to decreased thyroxin harmone. It s commonly associated with weight gain ..... One need to take medications regularly.. Its long term problem..you should limit their intake of broccoli, Brussels sprouts, cabbage,cauliflower, , turnips,......its not curable disease.. Need to take medicines for lifetime. Consult general physician for dosage.
