I got my thyroid checked..i found tsh level elevated but t3 and t4 are normal. Pls suggest whether to take medicines?

How to regain proper levels of thyroxine and other thyroid hormone. What are the necessary action to take in this condition.

I got diagnosed my thyroid disorder 2 yrs back in between my thyroid raised to 58(TSH) also. Then after medication of thyronorm my TSH got stable but after that also I decreased my dosage to 50mcg then my thyroid TSH raissd to 10.50 as of now.
