My glucose level is 144.5 mg/dl
I just checked my blood glucose levels after meal.its higher than normal. I'm 29 years old, am I diabetic patient now?

For correct diagnosis, its better you get the following tests done and from a pathology lab rather than from a home based glucometer: Fasting blood sugar,  2 hr post meal blood sugar , hba1c Glucometer levels may not be accurate.
