I had a test glucose fasting plasma test and my report came 109 .what to do how it is possible. I dnt eat sweets and all. .why my sugar level increased

Fasting glucose test is little high, usual levels below 100 are considered good. However, it only gives snap shot of sugars throughout the day. It can be elevated due to stress, eating late at night, infections etc.Once high reading does not confirm or negate diagnoses of diabetes.
If you want to find out whether you have prediabetes or diabetes, recommended test is HbA1C which gold standard and shows your average glucose over 3 months.
Next Steps
Will also recommend obtaining insulin levels , and sugars 2 hrs after meals in addition to Hba1c
