My thyroid level has increased by 14.00 due to this my goitre glands has also increased in size. I have done all the necessary tests suggested. But now I want to know the diet which i can take to reduce my goitre glands.

My age is 34, male, having two children. Recently had health check up and found sugar levels are high. HbA1C 6.5 and Sugar fasting 140. Both parents are diabetic and hypertensive. What kind of precautions need to take to avoid it? Is it advisable to take homeopathic medicine ? What precautions need to take for my kids ?

Hi i am on thyronorm 75. my TSH is 1.3 in the month of March 17. From last 2-3 days i have lost apetite, i have excess sleep, i am feeling weakness. I do yoga regularly and i feel my thyroid is already supported with ample amount of blood flow when i do asanas. it is very peaceful. DO you think this dose of 75 mcg is getting excess for me?

Hi. ABOUT 50 DAYS BACK I WAS DETECTED WITH HYPOTHYROID with my Tsh at 16 and t3 and t4 within limits. Doctor prescribed me with thyronorm 25 after taking this medicine for 31 days i again checked my tsh it was 6. After q5 more days now i took the test again and my Tsh now is 24. I did not stopped taking the medicine all these days. There was a gap of 45 minutes before eating. I dont know whats wrong. I am aldo taking vitamin D3 weekly from last 45 days.
