Hormonal Imbalances

I have PCOS alongwith Hypothyroidism.Last year I have been diagnosed with Type-1 Diabetes.However for the past 3-4 months I have been having period irregularities.

My periods are delaying by 2 days and I'm getting married on 1st may. What should I do to induce my periods.

I have joint pain and feeling weakness of bones problem from last 6 months mostly knee pain. I feel light pain whole a day specially when I leave my chair. If I am sitting at any place for 20 to 30 minutes I feel pain whenever stand up from there. I have deficiency of Vit. D3 (<4) and Vit. B12. I am taking tablets of Vit. D3 but the problem is insist. Kindly suggest me.

I'm 30 year old, had no mesuration without medicines and gave birth to twin kids through IVF 2years ago. still the same problem. no periods with out medicine. what should i do?? please lemme know the solution

My mother smt. SUKLA Banerjee have recently diagnosed IVC of breast at Tata memorial hospital so the doctors decided to do a surgery followed by chemotherapy but as she's diabetic ( fasting 168 , pp 250 mgdl) she is already taking 2000mg of metformin and 2 mg of glimipiride but she needs much better control, how could that be achieved? Would she add more 500 mg of metformin will that work? or shift to insulin? If the second is the choice then please suggest any doctor in parel(near TM hospital) to guide her through the procedure as early as possible thus she could be declared fit for surgery in no time.
