Hormonal Imbalances

I am diabetic for last 15 years and my HbA1c levels are fluctuating between 6.2 to 6.8. At present i am under medication of Victoza 1.2 mg and metformin SR1000mg twice a day. The problem for last 3 or 4 months is after 4 hours of taking break fast or lunch ie at around 12.AM and at around 5 pm i am suffering with severe shakiness, weakness, trembling and confusion. all typical hypoglycemic symptoms. I am checking my blood sugar levels and it is always around 110-120. There is no issue with gluco meter or strips. Counter checked with different meters. After immediately taking lunch or some snacks , i am coming out of the problem. As i understood hypoglycemia happens when sugar reading falls below 70. But at around 100-110 why I am feeling all these issues? what may be the reason and what is the solution?

Blook sugar is 541 I took 8 units of insulin and pipglitazone 15mg and glimepiride 2mg at 3:37pm because my level was 513. At 6:28 pm my level was still 449 and new it is back up to the 541 as discussed at the beginning.

I have PCOD frim past many years and its been long that I have got my period. I want a treatment which helps me up to get rid of it and face no more issues.

I am unmarried and have been diagnosed with pcos and since 3 months dint get period..I have taken cyclenorm tablets fr 3 days, twice in a day. But after 11 days also I have not got my period still...is there any serious issue..what is the solution. Kindly suggest some solution.

Hi I am 22 and its been around 6-7 years i have been suffering from PCOD due to which I face very irregular period. Consumption of meprate and some other pills like krimson 35 caused regular period yet I don't think its normal to consume pills for periods and once u stop u dont get periods. I am looking for a good treatment that helps me get regular periods naturally and helps me to get rid of it (if possible) Thank you
