I FEEL VERY WEAK AND SLEEPY. THERE IS PAIN BELOW THE SHOULDER AND BACK ALSO. I AM A DIABETIC PATIENT SINCE LAST 7 YRS. CURRENLTY TAKING MEDICINE VOLIBO M 0.2 TABLETS. I AM A FEMALE 50 YRS OF AGE AND WEIGHING 52 KG. I CONSUME LESS SUGAR BUT HAVE RICE ONE TIME IN A DAY. KINDLY ADVICE

It could be frozen shoulder which is commonly seen in diabetics. A good control of sugar is very important in such cases. You will need to be evaluated before concluding anything.
