Hi, Actually my husband is diabetic and is on medication for the same like Metformin, galvusmet, voglibose, repaglinide, daplo, razael F forte, pregab 75, Ezetimibe, imextor, febuget, fish oil caps. He also neuropathy and since some time his triglycerides have been too high like the recent is 607 for which he has been taking medicine also. Recently someone told him about the Arjun Chaal dried parts which is to be kept in water overnight and then taken in the morning first thing. I wanted to know if it is okay to take arjun chaal for triglycerides because his triglycerides were 607 recently, along with other allopathic medicines that he is taking. Will it be harmful? He urine ACR was 278 in the last test.

Arjun chaal hasn't been studied for how it behaves with the diabetes and lipid medicines you're currently on, so adding it alongside that many prescriptions isn't something to try at home. Herbal remedies can still shift blood sugar or blood pressure even when they seem harmless.
Next Steps
Please ask your prescribing doctor before starting arjun chaal, especially since your triglycerides and kidney marker are already being actively treated. They can confirm if it's safe alongside your exact medicines.
Health Tips
Don't stop or reduce any of your current medicines to try a home remedy instead.
