My husband had higher tsh nearly 7 before 7 months. and now it has come down to 2.408. he is still taking 50 mcg thyronorm.is the dose to be changed to 25 mcg. Kindly guide.he is feeling fatigue,ocassional spinning head,left knee pain

Hello there.
I can understand your concern.
No it need not be changed.
Let him continue that dose itself.
Ask him to drink plenty of fluids.
Have a high protein diet and lots of greens and fruits.
He can take a tab. Neurobion forte once a day after food for a month.
