Triglycerides and blood sugar elevatrd
My triglycerides value is 544, fasting blood sugar is 136 and post prandial blood sugar is 250. Am already on BP and hypothyroud medicines. Do I need to take medicines for elevated blood sugar along with elevated cholesterol?

Yes. Both are in high levels and will require medicines apart from dietary changes and exercise.
