I m suffering with hairfall and weight gain also I m always feeling tired .My TSH level is 12.97 and T3 127 and T4 is 10.2. I m 37 years old female.

Recently my father-in-law undergone dialysis for 1month and now he is not required any dialysis said. Nephrologist but in the night daily around 1:30 am his sugar levels are dropping below 70-80 full complaints of shivering and sweating once he takes coffee with little sugar again he will be ok and in the morning fasting sugar readings are above 300 is there anything to worry.thanks

I'm a male of 19 yrs old... I was fat during my adolescent... Recently I lost my weight but my chest appears like a breast... They ain't so big but of a golf ball size... I'm afraid I might have breast gland because I used finasteride 6 months before.. Which made my condition more worse... I went off treatment and my chest size came back to normal but I don't know it's because of fat or gland... I still now didn't get it checked because my parents don't want me.. But I'm afraid it might become worse... My question is.. If I don't start treatment will my chest become more worse??... How will I know it's fat or gland??... I read about estrogen blocker like tamoxifen in Google.. Can I give it a try without consulting a personal doctor??... If I can how much mg per do would help??... Please help me!!!... I'm too stressed because of it.. :(

Since long time i m feeling that i have moobs and i want its quere without surgery so i need how it can be done.

Im having spotting without ovulation for almost 3 months. I've heard that this is one of PCOS' symptoms. I suspect that I may have PCOS but in the other hand, I dont have the other symptoms like hair growth in the face, chest, buttoks etc. I also don't experience hair loss and acne / oily skin. But I've gained weight from 58kgs to 63kgs in 5 months(not sure) I don't exercise and doesn't do any big activities each day. I always sleep at 4am and woke up 1pm everyday. I eat unhealthy and processed foods. In my case, I would like to ask if I do have PCOS and what causes my irregular menstruation and spotting? Thank you. I'm hopinh to get answers immediately.
