Recently I changed my  Schwabe germany berberis vulgaris and Hydrangea Arborescens to Indian one but the Indian one is not providing relief properly as the last one caused almost no problems to me and privided me relief hence should I increase the dosage of berberis to 20 drops for it to work properly or again buy the german one and dispose these Indian schwabe berberis and hydrangea. I have one stone in right kidney which is of 14 mm and another in left which is of 4 mm. I am already thanking you for your reply and appreciate that you replied

Dear respected Homoeopathic Doctors, I was repeatedly getting UTI so got USG done and it showed 3mm kidney stone in the lower left calyx with mild hydronephrosis. Used NeeriKFT and after a month hydronephrosis was gone but the stone is still there. My family suggested me for Homeopathic treatment and I came across some popular remedies including Berberis Vulgaris which I hear performs well. I have mild pain on the left kidney 24/7 and it goes to my lower abdomen, thigh and left testicle as well. My question is can I take it (Berberis Vulgaris)in moderation for a month on my own? Hi, I have had acne since 9th–10th grade. Currently, it is not at its worst, but I am still getting new pimples regularly. I have been taking homeopathic treatment for the past 1.5 months. My current medication includes: 3 small liquid bottles (I take 3 drops from each, 3 times a day, with a 10-minute gap between each) Allen Acne Drops A34 (20 drops in half a cup of water) There is slight improvement, but my acne is not fully controlled — one pimple heals and another appears. I still get red/inflamed pimples (especially on nose and cheeks), along with small bumps/whiteheads and some acne marks. My questions: Should my current medicines be changed or dosage adjusted since new pimples are still appearing? Is this a normal healing process or does it mean the treatment is not effective enough? How long should I continue the same treatment before expecting proper control? Should I consider switching to a dermatologist at this stage? Please guide me on the next steps

What are the probable causes of Elevated liver enzyme Sgpt 158, Sgot 50, bilirubin 1.6 and at the same time eosinophil spike to 12%...after that Sgpt trending down to 88 and 63 and sgot down to 43, but the eosinophil is fluctuating, sometimes 4%, sometimes 7%, but the symptoms persists. USG whole abdomen, vit d, hepatits b and c, fbs, thyroid, creatinine, chest x ray, ecg all done and came back clear. But symptoms like loss of appetite, Chest pain/pressure, sounds in abdomen, weight loss, dot like blanching rash under feet is persistent. Previously there was also recurrent abdominal pain in different location, finger joint pain, heel pain, scapula pain and pain in back of throat. Now these are less.
