For last 2 days I am feeling heaviness on left side of chest with slight pain in arm and neck. I don't have any heart problem history. Should I go for ecg or echo of the heart? Is it really required?? Thanks

Hi, I had got an echo done as a check up post my bout with Covid and also because of a nagging pain at the lower ribs part of my chest The LV internal diameter looks a little more than the ref range. I have attached the report too. Is there anything to worry.

Dear doctor I have a mod line chest after walking and goes away when doing rest but in morning it again come and feeling breathlessness so i have done an ecg here i am enclosing the report in this report machine shows that slight ST elevation V4. Having chest pain for more than 2 weeks. Sometimes having pain in left upper arm or shoulder. Arm pain starts from its joint at the back. Middle of chest feels heavy sometimes and getting relieved immediately after having hot water followed by burps. Left chest is hurting frequently, feeling a kind of pull rather than pain. Male 32. Taking medicines metosartan 50 for rapid HR and elevated BP and also suffering from non specific on and off chest pain for almost an year. And today the episode of slight chest pain especially when trying to sleep and waking up with rapid heart beat occurs. So I went for ECG just 30 mins back. The reading says abnormal ECG. Does it warrant any immediate action. I have previously done stress Echo and CTCA last which came normal. Today's ECG is attached. Please guide.
