Hi Doctors I have been diagnosed by anxiety disorder since Pandemic. My age is 32 and I don't have family history of blood pressure. But due to anxiety My BP was 140/90 and 130/80. But doctor asked to take the medicine and it's almost 1yr and now my BP was 110/70 & 120/80. Taking Revelol 25. Is it mandatory to take bp tablets life long?? Please advise. Reduced my weight around 15 kgs.

Hello sir/mam.I want to know what type of blood test can detect growth of plaque in coronary artery.As of now he is asymptomatic and doesn't have any issues.But i m scared what if this leads to heart attack all of a sudden without warning,so as to evaluate the cases of future emergency, what type of blood tests other than lipid profile can detect the player growth/decrease in coronary artery so to decrease future risks of heart attack/failure/stroke.Can I person with unstable angina,hypertensive, CAD,DM 2 get heart attack all of a sudden even though he doesn't experience any symptoms? I have attached the report of angiography and echocardiography.Please do tell me😓

I have mild pain between the chest and towards left side from yesterday evening 6 PM. I have a problem of acidity. My BP and pulse are within the normal range. Since I am outside of India that is why seeking your help to understand that this pain is because of Gas or some heart issue. Because in September 2021 I had the same and after all the testing ( ECG and Echo), everything found ok. Seeking your expert advise.

I have developed heart attack anxiety after covid, and somewhere read that in young age the heart bloackage plaque can be rupture. And than heart attack occures. And this info affected me alot. Please clear me about this..

Having DM in control and taking stresnil 0.25 but now taking Stresnil 0.5 in place of 0.25 due to non availability. While taking stresnil 0.25having sleep for 5 hours but from 10 days taking stresnil 0.5 and not having proper sleep and feeling light fainting type Sensation in morning. BP-160/90 while checked.Previous no history of BP. ECG report attached. Please suggest.

My heart rate is 84 at sleeping position..at same time 94 when sitting and at standing it is 101 is it normal..this reading is at 5pm

Can we give nitricoxide to a hypertensive patient? Research claims it is beneficial because it promotes vasodilation. The patient has essential high BP. Takes telma40 in the morning and lnbloc20 in the evening.

Take Nebicard SM At 10AM After breakfast. ECG Pulse 76 , Eco - Doppler Test Normal . But Discomfort Left Chest And Shoulder Pain. Yesterday BP Test 120/80 . Doctar Add Clopitorva 10 at 10 pm . Tension Feel. What to do.

My tmt is normal I have done a echo doppler Everything is normal except mild LVH. good systolic and diastolic function. I play regularly football. What should i do?
