There is a pain in the middle if tge chest since yesterday night .Today done ECG report attached kindly suggest

My heart beat at morning is 78 To 84 sometime and at 4 5pm after i just woke up from sleep it goes 90 94 and then at night time it is about to 70 72 is this fluctulations is ok?

Iam male age 27,no bad habits, sir/madam I have done tmt 1month before it was negative and 2d echo 3 months before it was also normal,20 ecg dones, weekly ecg one done it was normal, i cunsulted cardiologist  docte he was says not a heart pain he gives pain killers snd acidity tablet so but always i feel pain in chest left side  pain sometimes in  middle of chest also pain also upper left back ... :::so i have any cardiac issue after tmt negative and tmt validity please?...next which test done next I cunsulted which docter??? ... I dones chest x ray normal Sugar test normal, High sensitive trophonin normal Renal function test normal Plzzz next which test dones sir... I feell very worry...sir

Below is my ECG report from yesterday, i want to understand if it's normal? Reason for ecg chest pain and pin like pricking at certain points in chest from few weeks.

Attached is an ECG taken for follow up consultation, due to elevated diastolic bp despite taking medicine. The automated message displays Abnormal Inferior Q. Blood pressure today is 140/100 Kindly advice. BP medicine Cilday 10 morning.

I hear my heart sound when i lay down..sometime my tshirt also move with it...i can see it ...my ECG is normal...what is reason behind that?

I get a sharp sudden chest pain , which goes off after some time.. and Happens atleast one time in a week. My mother underwent an angioplasty almost 1.5 months back. She has one stent implant. She had developed itching and rashes on her calves a week before which is reduced now. Is this a side effect against the stent or due to medicines? If yes how can we reduce this?
