Since 2 days suffering from a very negligible amount of pain in my left side of chest. Yesterday evening around 4 pm again this pain starts and it was a very sharp pain on left side of chest but bearable. No pain in arms, back and other portion of the body. Pain lasts till today around 12pm. Right now no feeling of a pain. Earlier I had a same pain and it was diagnosed as a gas trapped in chest. But at that time pain was for around 2 to 3 hours only. This time it is around 20 hours. Do I need to get my tests done or it's just a gas thing. As of now I'm feeling completely ok. History- high bp patient but bp is normal, cholesterol last checked last year..it was 265

Sivabal V sir and Ajeya sir I always consult with you and you give best answers sir.Sir as you both know I am facing anxiety and I have done many ECGs and echos and tmts which came normal and again after a month yesterday I did my ecg which was normal sinus rythm echo also normal but today I did ecg 5 times. 1st ecg - Says Normal ecg sinus Trachycardia heart rate 102 bpm 2nd ecg- Sinus Trachycardia heart rate 108 3rd ecg - Sinus Trachycardia with low t wave heart rate -101 4 ty ecg - Says Borderline ecg t wave heart rate -103 Everytime when I go to do ecg I always will have sinus Trachycardia or low t wave due to anxiety just due to anxiety but if I stay calm and cool I will have normal sinus rythm that normal synus rythm came yesterday but today I became more anxiety and this happened. Now sir after these all ECGs which I did I again did echo they came normal. Now sir does these ecg will come Normal cause yesterday my ecg was normal and echo today is normal it's all due to anxiety

Dr Ajeya sir I have taken alpanozopam Clonazepam my thing is I have done all heart test echo ecg TMT normal but still I have palpitations it doesn't go up then 100 but it's lower than 100. Due to my anxiety I am continuously having this I have a watch and it checks heart rate when I I stay quite and just see my watch my heart rate is 62 and when I press ok to check my heart rate is 88 I continuously check my heart rate throughout the day I don't have any heart problem as you know sir it's all anxiety so sir what to do so my heart comes in resting you also know it's anxiety sir. You know sir I have done all tests also but due to the anxiety I am having like this what to do sir not only once I have been suffering like this from many times. Pls answer urgent

Hello Doctor, How accurate is auto BP machines? Are manual machine is better than auto. I have checked my BP on manual and Auto both have different reading. My BP is 125/88 and sometimes 127/90. Do i need any medication? Thanks

Hi i recently done my complete test founf my GGT 355, Sgpt 68, Gsot 60, TG 360, 6Month back id one my TMT/ stress echo was normal but i feel pain in in left shoulder neck and elbow while sitting. i am on anxirty pills, my BP stays 150/109My hscrp was also high , vit b 12 is low , Can this ggt level lead to heart attack ? Age 27, smoker , drinker daily, Family heart problem history, thanks if can guide me Taking Statins Beta blockers Anti anxiety Urcosol 400 thrice a day. Is my situation is too critical?
