Hello doctors I want to ask while trekking my heart rate reach 85% of my target heart rate i.e 185 BPM and i feel slight pain in my left side of neck! Which gets better with resting! Pain is like pulsating but very mild! Is that normal? I did my blood test my cholesterol is well in range, ECG is normal with sinus tachycardia and ECHO 2D AND tmt are normal My age 26 years! Please guide!

My sleeping heart rate is 55 bpm My resting heart rate is 80-100 bpm My waking heart rate is 100-120 bpm My brisk walking heart rate is 130-160bpm I m 26 year old with desired cholesterol level and bmi is 22.5 with normal blood pressure and echo! Having this much variation in heartbeat is normal? Thanks

Hello , my name is Aryan and my age is 24. When I have a meal, my heart rate increase, it may be under 90. Average resting heart rate is 65-72 and after meal it may increase to 90. ECG and echo is done , they both are normal. But I am anxious about this thing. Should I visit gastroenterologist?

Hello doctor,I am 34 years old working in an IT company, I use to wear smart watch to find out my sleeping percentage and BPM, i could see for couple of weeks my BPM goes to 47 during early morning while sleeping. I have also taken ECG which came as normal. I don't drink or smoke. Should I worry on this. How should I confirm whether I don't have any cardiac issue. Thanks in advance!

My blood pressure is 120/80, pulse rate is between 75-100. I have pain in heart. Is it any symptom of heart issue or only gas. Because I have acidity. Please advise.

I first realised about my high BP about 2 years ago when I visited family doctor and he put me on Telma 40. I have been taking it since then, however I miss taking it at the same time everyday. Have not felt any issues as such as I stopped monitoring BP. I for a change monitored my BP couple of days ago and it showed around 140/90 and is within 135/85 to 145/90 range. What could be the issue even when I'm taking Telma 40? Realised I haven't been living an active lifestyle over couple of months or so. But, could that be such a big reason to have 140/90 BP even after taking BP meds (Telma 40)?

I am attaching my echo test result which was done on 1st nov 21. Got this done as my ecg had variations. Want to understand how long is this valid for? Also i have gastric issues due to which i get scared sometime because of the cramps that i experience. Im obese & my triglycerides were high i play badminton everyday. Dear Sir, I have been suffering from persistent on and off chest pain and dizziness for quite some time 6-7 months. I have gone through Stress Echocardiogram which comes negative and recently in January I went through CTCA. The report for which is attached. It has also come negative according to reports. Then why this pain. Why does it mimic angina ? And secondly My CTCA doesn't show percentage type blockage 10-20-30%. It just says there is no oblivious plaque or blockage. Please guide.
