In ECG having a incomplete right bundle branch block and echo is normal,what should I do now?? Is there anything to be alarming?

I want to know how concerning is this ecg and echo my mother is suffering from arrhythmia and frequent ectopic beats since some years recently she suffered a stroke and fully recovered from it now taking medicines as prescribed by doctor i want a opinion that what can be a good cardiac treatment approach or procedure for good long term prognosis. Our family has no prior sudden cardiac death or heart issues kindly suggest so that we can discuss with our physician. She has no other comorbidities or heart attack .

Why does my pulse rate becomes high only in the winters... 110 to 130 But, during summers, it becomes normal 70 to 80 ... It's happening since last winters also I have cold intolerance sensitivities issues Thyroid is normal ..n basic reports too What could be the cause? Also I face cold hands n foot in winters... But, I don't wanna face it every winter... What's the solution?

Hi i am male of 27 years i smoke and drink from last 3 years daily, I did my blood test in which platelets was low, B12 is low, Ldl 135, TG 350, Total cholestrol 279, hscrp 6, GGT 355, Sgpt 68, SGOT 60, Ferritin serum 580, Is this dangerous? I catch allergies sometime eye and skin frequently from last 3 months, I am taking Statins 10 mg a day B12 injections Tab Urocosol 400 mg twice a day I feel like i will die soon, Not able to think clearly, i feel sudden episode of spinning and unbalance, I went for stress echo/TMT 7months back it came normal and went 3-4 ecgs all came normal, I really dont know what is being happening with me. Tell me please is this a dangerous markers? Can i have attack soon? I am feeling chest pain and left shoulder, Elbow and finger while at rest also pain comes and go.
