Hi dr,I have gastric problem,today morning onwards discomfort in chest so I took ecg i have attached ecg report,please help me on ecg report.kindly do the needful dr,thanks in advance

Ny echo report says good left ventricular systolic function with reduced diastolic with reduced diastolic compliance and no pulmonary arterial hypertension Ec is normal sinus rhythm Im bit worried about my reduced diastolic compliance My bp is 120/90 most of the time and reduces to 120/80 when I take homeopathic medicine for bp ..I do jogging everyday and my weight is 72 kg and height 5 ft 6inch..iam taking homeopathy medicine ..so I change to allopathy and take telvas 20 ...and will my diastolic compliance become good again.plz advise

Mid night in between sleep I  feel safucated tounge feels very dry  heavy breathing sometimes I have Diabetic 150 170 fasting

Hi sir i feel pain ,heavy ness and burning sensation in my chestand feeling dizzy  i done ecg and cbc  yesterday please check Note:  5 months before done Echo and TMT Results is negative This pain is life-threatening or what ??? Im worrying about my health 😭

My age is 26yrs ,my problem is that while in day when I goes to sleep palpitations occurs and after sometime it becomes normal but after nap when I woke up am observing palpitations for sometime that too only day times not at night don't know what's the issue ,recently I taken treated for panic attack with physchiatric counseling and I completed course also but still these palpitations disturbing me sometimes,plz help me with resolution,tq

Hello docs! I want to know if heart attack can only cause left arm pain without chest pain? I do feel like little pain in left arm above back elbow area also sometimes the shoulder! Do i need to worry? Can a heart related pain be without chest pain and just arm pain? Thanks
