I am having pain near cartoid artery region eyepain also from fourdays what could be the cause of this doctor

Hlo sir/ Mam. Am 21 year old male I have noticed whenever I go under extreme stress I start feeling chest pain and also left arm pain... it will peak for 30/40 mints and than slow down but still stay for 3-4 hours easily Like once I got in an argument in train which led to severe chest n abdomen discomfort for which I was rushed to ER ( ekg n trop okay) I have been dealing with ocd so I do experience stress frequently when I am exposed to my triggers- contamination... I went to cardio last month who did ecg, echo, tmt, lipids n when everything was normal he referred to psychologist. Am taking treatment since than but there's no improvement in this chest pain issue. Regarding left arm I do feel some muscle tension in left joint shoulder I have developed a fear of going into heart attack now

I had my cholesterol 254 with 180 ldl and 180 triglycerides in may end 2021 some doctor told me to start statin but i when i took second advice many told to not start statin at such young age at start diet control and i started diet exercise etc for control but due various personal reasons i got off that regime after like 2 months and was back on my old diet , which was basically junk and mess food , a lot was going on during that time and i was just not able to give time to myself and now again i am scared what i have done doctors told me to reduce my cholesterol in 3 months and its been like 8 months , i am a big time hypochondriac (health anxiety) i know there is no wealth bigger than health but things were not in my control , coming to the point , does having such high cholesterol in my body have scarred(clogged arteries )my body to such extent that whatever i do my life is reduced or there is still time for me to comtrol it , because athough i am back on track , but still scared

I just had an ECG done and the reports show sinus rhythm right axis deviation. Please let me know what it means. My symptoms were occassionally chest thumping specially after consuming caffeine products, difficulty in sleeping, sometimes shallow breathing.

Hello I did my heart related test everything total ecg normal echo normal TMT also normal now today due to anxiety I had palpitation and heart rate went upto 120 bpm so will it affect my heart pls urgent answer otherwise just yesterday only I did my ecg and all which was normal and today again I became scared watching movie and I had palpitation but heart rate right now is 80 pls urgent answer pls

My mother in law is 70 years can she take covisheld 3rd dose injection,as she is taking Ecosprin AV 75 tablets every day night,

My diet habits are well controlled and avoid sugar , in July My all test were normal Sugar,Thyroid,LIPIDS, but recently as preventive check up i did lipid profile it shows 280 triglyceride and 245 Cholestrol , in mean time i took LUMIA 60 k capsule for vitamin D ,i want to know can vitamin overdose can increse tri..and choles...
