Dear Sir, I am suffering from high triglycerides from 2016 and my billurubin is always high from last 15 year. It doesn't cause any harm. But after taking medication for triglycerides still its not in control always it is High. I used to play badminton regularly for 1-2 hrs and take medicine as well . 2020 October lipid profile was perfect without any exercise but suddenly again it started from last year and it's always fluctuatte in between 280 to 400. Today it is 368. I don't have any family history . Currently I am taking fenocor 35, Allium Sativum and Lord Cholestril Drop from November 2021. Can you please help i am very tensed. Regards Nandan

Why my heart palpitate without any reason even at rest my ecg is normal sinus Rythm and every thing is fine Due to this palpitations i feel nervous and anxious Also i take tea 3 to 4 time a day and 3 to 6 cigarette is it the cause.

I am suffering from high triglycerides from 2016 and started medicine fenocor 35 from 2019 April. But still my triglycerides is high and rarely its normal.. what is the chance or how much heart blockage has already done for me? How to know in how many years the heart blockage started? Does it mean that if its not control from my end in 5 years that is why heart blockage has already formed? Please suggest some good medicine , i am having Gilbert syndrome as well.

Is it okay to have lipikind 20 for reduction of total cholesterol - 210 Ldl - 149 Triglycerides - 124 How soon this medicine starts decreasing and when should I do the lipid profile?? Can these levels of cholesterol cause heart blockage??can this medicine completely dissolve plaque?? Please suggest

Hello doctor I have palpitations and also I'm feeling a pulsing pressure in lower back of my head and neck.I took ecg it showed sinus tachycardia and I took 2d echo test and it was normal. Later a week I took another ecg and it was normal is there anything to worry? I had done previous ECG using Sanketlife portable device which showed slight changes but I have repeated the ECG in hospital. Please review the repeat ECG and let me know if it's normal.
