Heart Problems & Remedies

I'm in profession where I need to be talking for long hours but these days whenever I talk for longer time (2 hours or more) continuously i slightly feel pain and tightness in the chest. I don't have any past records. I had all healthy and active lifestyle. Please assist what is it causing the pain. I have also diagnosed with COVID in 2nd week of January 2022

Can I stop Ecospirin 75mg which is prescribed for high bp after 1 month... With triponin t negative.... And ecg normal

For the past couple of days am feeling bit uneasyness at the center of the chest. I drank coffee daily for a week may be for that. Should I wait n see if it goes on its own? Or any home remedy I can try! I hve no history of any medical as such bp, sugar or anything else. Pls help

I was diagnosed with High BP (Going up to 183/120) by family physician in October last year, had an ECG + Lipid + Thyroid + KFT + LFT at that time, everything was okay in reports. Dr. gave me Vitabend T and Alprex 0.25, which I took for about 7-8 days. I reduced salt , oil etc. in my food and took readings for almost a month bp never went above 120/90 mark so I stopped medicines. Now last week I had same condition bp went to 163/110 with heart rate 124 BPM, I took Vitabend T and bp went normal again (avg. 115/80). Now I am having pain in left hand with average heartbeat 100 BPM. Should I go to Cardiologist? Am I having heart trouble? There are no other symptoms except pain in left hand sometimes collar bone. No fatigue or breathing issues.

My mother had bypass surgery in September 2022, sometimes she feel angina pain in her chest & near the stitches. She is Diabetic type 2 & has thyroid as well. Please help

Hi, When I check my heart beats at home it will be usually between 90-100, only few times above 100. But when I visit clinic it will be 100 plus. I have health related anxiety also. I wanted to check is it normal to have heart beats between 90-100 or it is more and do I need to start any medication for that. For anxiety I am taking currently Flupenthixol 0.5mg+ Melitracen 10mg.

I am using digital bp machine at home. My Bo ranges from 120-130/90-95. Is this something which I need to be worried. Do I need to start taking medicines.

Hi 2 months back i did ecg, echo, chest xray and tmt.. all tests were normal. Now i controlled my BP to 124/80. My age is 30. Iam non smoker and non alcoholic. Could you please advise, when i should repeat these above tests again?

My mother's B.P is 160/90 when I got her checked morning. she gained 4-5kgs weight in last 7 months, and now she is process to decrease. She doesn't have any other symptoms. Is it something to worry? Should she start taking any medication. I will start monitoring her B.P regularly from now. Please suggest me what should I do now?
