My 2d echo shows tricuspid valve thickening in morphology. Doc. Said report is normal. But i read on Google that valve thickening is sign of coronary artery disease. Is this true, and how can i overcome this.?

My father was hospitalized a week ago due to chest pain,pain in the left arm and shortness of breath..His troponin i was high and ecg is abnormal but his 2d echo is normal..he got out from the hospital because he was ok..he take all of his medicines prescribed by his doctor but the pain in his chest still come and go..sometimes,he had chest pain and shortness of breath,but it disappears after a few minutes.. We dont know what to do or what is the real problem because according to his doctor,his 2d echo is normal..please help us understand what is the real cause of my father chest pain..THANK YOU!
