Does neck xray c spine show cartoid arteries if there is any tear in it because i was having neckpain in the cartoid artery region doctor suggested me neck xray can it show about cartoidarteries

Hi sir / Madam, since 2 to 3 months I am having below problems Shortness of breath, upper left chest pain for little physical work like 1 floor steps climbing Walking 1 to 2 kms with normal speed Lifting water can. I did 2d echo test, ecg in care hospital 2 times. But reports are normal. Along With these one more health problem started since a month. Spinning head, vision impact when I do any physical activity. I have taken mri scan, but reports are normal. Taken blood tests, all are normal. Please suggest to whom I need to contact.

Hi, I have sometimes mild pain sometimes in center of lower chest and sometimes center of upper chest and sometimes i dont have pain. I did ECG and 2D echo which came out to be normal. Now what to do? Any suggestion is appreciated

So i have anxiety of high bp that i may have stroke or i might get hypertension. But my bp remains 115-125/70-80. So yesterday i was sitting and suddenly i felt sweating and hot so suddenly out of nowhere i thought is my blood preasure high. Then i started feeling anxious and unease. Then i checked my bp it went 155-160/85 so i tried to relax and after a time it came back to 130/75 then i measure it next day it was 118/72. So was the high bp because of anxiety. I have had anxiety issues earlier. I went to a cardio 4 months back my echo and ecg were perfectly fine. Can bp go to 160 and is it normal. Or will i have stroke. Should i stop measuring my bp?

I'm having palpitations since Sept. In Sept I Got my ecg,2d echo and cbc,thyroid,vit d3 done . They came normal. Today I'm getting palpitations again while standing up and I'm feeling dizzy when I stand up. I got my periods on 8th Feb but today they occurred again.

I am suffering from b12 deficiency since couple of months, and after chest pain when i done my echo, it showed tricuspid valve thickening, n google said that cholestrol increasing is also cause of valve thickening, and cholestrol increasing is related to b12 insufficiancy in blood. Is that true, and how can i cure this
