4 months before while walking in market i felt much tired ,unable to walk more ,climb steps, and some discomfort in below chest with inflammation ( what i am feeling) so i contacted Dr.he did angiogram and found myocardial bridge and he said its a mild bridge and no other treatment for this and prescribed some tabs, but even after taking medicine i not get well...so contacted Dr.in NH and he did Stress MRI and it's shows normal and he also prescribed some tablets which r now i am taking... But before that problem i became unconscious while urinating 3 times.. I have acidity problem also. Till also i can't walk more and climb steps and feeling tired, discomfort in below chest...so please clarify this problem is by MB or any other cause..

I have regular heart rate of 90-94 and after eating remains from 108-120. I had ecg, thyroid and echo done which was normal. Only ecg showed sinus tachycardia. The only other symptom is palpitations. I had covid 10 months back. Age -25
