Recently I go for echo it show grade 1 disystolic dysfunction ... Should I consult a cardiologist or it's normal

From yesterday night I'm feeling like paining in my left chest and my left hand palm is paining while rotating  and I'm feeling tired and feeling like my stomach is empty and went for washroom (slightly felt)I'm IT professional I will be working for night shift and food habits are not able to have my breakfast at right time Now what shall I do please suggest

My triglyceride and cholestrol level so high 245 and 280 , but after taking prescribed medicine ROZUCOR 10 mg , I am feeling very cold feet and body aches and nueropathy , All test are normal H1bac 4.9 Bs 94 Tsh normal After stopping medicine my problem has subside , what other medicine can i take to reduce cholestrol

Does one need blood thinner if they are under medication of statin?? My father cholestrol levels are LDL - 149 Total cholestrol - 210 Triglycerides - 124 Hdl - 39 I went for 2 consultations .. one recommended juprios A tablet and another one suggested Lipikind 10. What should I do ?? Please explain

What could be other reasons for left chest pain daily since 10 months if 20  ecg, 2d echo, one month back done TMT is normal, high sensitt troph normal, chest x ray normal, rbs normal, cbc normal,cunsulted cardiologist 3 times he says non cardiac problem but still pain in left chest, left hand, upper left back... Hi , I am diagnosed with Kidney stone 10 days back and I have taken Tamsin medicine 0.04mg on 28th Jan at bed time.Next day in the morning around 9 am I fainted and had low BP 90/60 from that day onwards I am facing high systolic BP 140-160 till today and I had immediately stopped that Medicine too but still have high BP and sometimes have numbness in both arms.Kindly provide the solution. My BP readings: 29th jan 9 am : 90/60 11 am : 160/80 3 pm : 160/80 7pm : 150/80 30th jan 10 am : 130/80 8 pm : 150/80 31st jan 9:30 am : 124/80 2nd feb 4:30 pm : 140/80

Hi, Left side under arm pricking pain happened (very very mild.. even baby can tolerate).. happened just for 2 seconds long only.. Is this anything serious.. Last 2 month i did ecg echo tmt blood test chest xray all was normal.. Pls advise me..
