I am taking Vitabend T in morning with breakfast, taking low sodium + low sugar diet (avoiding added salt). My bp drops to 66/110 and pulse gets 105 BPM. Is it normal?

Hello Doctor Im getting frequent left side chest pain ( exactly in left breast area) is due to gas or any other heart issue My ecg is abnormal ( i got tensed when i got ecg test ) but 2d echo , tmt test are normal Now a days I'm suffering from nerve weakness ( doctor gave inderal 5 tab for chest pain ) How to confirm , that i don't have heart  problem ? Why does my pulse rate becomes high only in the winters... 110 to 130 But, during summers, it becomes normal 70 to 80 ... It's happening since last winters also I have cold intolerance sensitivities issues Thyroid is normal ..n basic reports too What could be the cause? Also I face cold hands n foot in winters... But, I don't wanna face it every winter... What's the solution?
