Hi, I dont have any problem while walking and jogging, but when i lie down straight i feel mild pain in chest at left side. If I lie down on left or right side i dont have pain. I had done ECG and 2D echo and they came normal. Please suggest Thanks

On 7th day of covid(Jan 21st 2022)I was found to have 150/110 bp at a check up. I am also overweight. I was put on ecospirin 75/10 at night and metwell 25 MG BD. Since last 2 weeks my bp becomes low sometimes during the day and heart rate also drops to 50s,i feel giddy, feel weak and sluggish and dropped 2 kgs since Jan.. so he asked me to take 12.5 mg BD and stop ecospirin. I am nervous about stopping ecospirin suddenly. I would like to know how I can taper it off. Thanks. (I will be going for holter monitoring this week)

Hi docs, I am having mild left side chest pain in centre of my chest and extremely left side of chest I.e beside nippile, I have 20 ecgs from last 6 months 7 times 2d echo and 4 time tmt and 3 time high sensitive troponin I which is 5.3ng/l I don't know why I am getting chest I am getting fear when ever I feel chest pain. Chest pain is also getting worse after playing the badminton. I also done lipid profile which came absolutely normal when done in local labs and little bit high when done in thyrocare.please suggest me why I am getting chest main ans I am 28 years male
