Red blood cell count
I got my CBC done as have been feeling very tired and week lately. My haemoglobin came at 12.3 and RBC count as 4.0. I recently had a heart surgery to close the hole in my heart. Been 8 weeks now but still feel tired.
Is the RBC count low for a female as as per range it is written as 4.5 to 5.5.
Can anyone please suggest.
