Heart Problems & Remedies

Few years my cholesterol levels goes High , now i will think to reduce it by medicine , test triglycerides-340 (range 40-150)  and VLDL-68(range 6-35) and also chol/HDl ratio 4.9(range0-4)  showing test level high , please suggest

I am 22 year old who suffer angina- exertional chest discomfort radiating to left shoulder n arm.. unable to walk for more than 10 minutes I start feeling dizzy.. I had 3 tmt and 1 stress echo done in 2021- all gud.. my CT chest n mri spine okay.. my lipids bit deranged ( hdl- 35, ldl-90) I went for physiotherapy, gastric medicines but nothing worked... Cardiologist says he can't do anything more.. can't prescribe CT angio as benefits don't outweigh risks in my case Plz tell me what shud I do? I want to walk and do acitigty like any other youngster of my age otherwise I will go in depression. Attached latest tmt test done 1 week ago

I am having palpitations from last few days so I took a ECG which says slight at elevation in v4 v5 kindly check my echo is normal

I was detected with high cholesterol: T.C. was 245 & LDL was 200. Also my Lipo A was 72. So, I took atorpil 20 for a month, got tested again, now my total is 134 & LDL is 84. Also Lipo A is now 64.44 (still high). Now I have stopped my medication, and I am focusing on healthy & active lifestyle,like eating healthy and walking 45 mins daily.. Can it reduce Lipo A level further, or I have to continue my medicines?

Dear sir/ mam, My husband had covid on dated 5 th jan 2022 with a 70% lung involvement.. He took the treatment and now he is covid negative but he have swelling on his hands and legs with heaviness when he sleeps and when he woke up in morning and he is having high coughing too plus he is thyroid and bp patient.. Kindly suggest whether these are the side of covid medication or what!!! . . He feels chest pain sometime.. Thank you!

I am 35 yr old,  I have chest pain from past few months , cardiologist did all test and said all normal , but I see grade 1 lv dysfunction in echo report . Do I need to consult any other doctor again

When I'm trying to sleep I feel chest pain that wakes me up from sleep and with rapid heart beat. It is happening from last 3-4 days. I find chest discomfort while taking stairs too. My weight is 100 kg. I am taking met XL and telmisartan for my BP. My recent Stress Echocardiogram and CT angiogram comes normal. And last 2 ECGs are attached for your reference. I have been told that these are not cardiac pain but then why do they feel like angina?
