Dear doctor Since morning i am suffering from palpitations about 120 at resting and acidity and feeling chest heaviness and breathlessness. Is it due gas and acidity or something else. My cholesterol is about 198 and ldl cholesterol is 131 And hdl is 49 my feb 2021 report is normal and echo and holter monitoring report in june 2021 is also normal. Now i have taken pantakind- dsr.

I have attached my cbc reports i just want to know is it normal or any issue?? I have some shortness of breath for few seconds after waking up.

Hello all Thanks fo the response and apologies for missing to add the report. Here is the report attached. I dont feel any chest heaviness or any other symptoms. I sweat during the time i play in the morning else not. I just want to rule out the cause to see if its gastritis or any heart related issue

I am suffering from anxiety disorder from last 9 months and In medication for 6 months, when I started anxiety medicines I started feeling like missing and forceful heartbeat in ear , throat when climbing stairs ,it also happens when I eat spicy food also, all my tests ECG,tmt and echo shows normal, from last two months I stopped medicines for anxiety still problem persists .I don't know what to do.
