I'm 183 cm tall with weight close to 125. I have recently joined fitness center after a gap for 3-4 years. I'm still comfortable during treadmill session when speed is around 5.5 and incline of 7. But during the body weight functional training I get out of breath very soon. I did get my ECG checked last year and it was normal. Didn't get it checked during stress movement like treadmill. Can there be an underlying issue as my trainer said I get out of breath much earlier than other overweight people. Another point I would like to mention is I don't take breath from nose as my nose bone is tilted towards one side and it restricts the air passage on one side. Pls suggest is it normal for me to continue exercise as I really want to lose those 30-40 kgs of extra fat.

Today morning I did exercise for half an hour. After resting,  suddenly i felt like heartbeat radiating to head.I can hear both heartbeat and head throbbing. (I did ecg and echo2d 2 weeks before). Is it normal ? Do I need to consult physician?

Hi, I have tested for lipid and found high cholestrol LDL. Advised with doctor and he told me to take Rosuvastatin 5mg for 2 months. Is it safe to take it or side effects. Thanks

I saw in Google that cartoid artery Doppler can't detect dissection if it's done late like i did my Doppler after fiveweeks of symptoms it came back normal is this okay is this statement correct do i have to consider this

Little discomfort in left arm since couple of days. No pain, just a different sensation. BP around 130/80. Worried if this is related to cardiac issues
