My weigh is 110 kgs, height is 5'9 age is 32 as soon as I start walking my hear rate rises to 110-120 after 5-10 mins its at 130-140 Is this normal? Also I got covid last year

How to be safe from blood clots during Covid? I am almost done with my Covid quarantine period n I read about how clots can develop in patients esp younger ones I haven't been told to do any tests like CRP, D DIMER etc. also I feel fatigued and tightness in chest Is this symptom of blood clot ?

I can feel my heart when I lay down specially on side or on stomach. I could hear the beat in ears when I place ear to pillow. I had ecg, echo and thyroid test and they were normal. The bp and heartbeat was also normal. What to do next. Should I be worried? There are no other symptoms.
