Normal results but still pain
My ECG, echo and TMT are all normal. But I still feel pain in my chest muscle when i touch or when I sit. There's a mild pain below the collar bone and back side of left rib when i touch. Can feel some swollen feeling just below left collar bone, but looks normal when i examine in mirror.

The way you are explaining pain with local swelling and pain on touch this type of pain increases on movement or change and posture. The pain that you explain is musculoskeletal pain and it has already been ruled out with a normal ECG Echo TMT. I would advise analgesics local gel applications, hot water fomentation and some exercises or physiotherapy.
Next Steps
Analgesics Hot water fomenting Avoid lifting weights Give rest to painful arm and shoulder
