Slight Chest Pain
I am having slight Chest Pain at left and right side. Went to cardiologist. Done ECG and 2d echo. Results are: Grade 1 LV Diastolic dsyfunction and sinus tachycardia. Normal values and Chambers, No lv rwma Trival MR+/TR+ Normal LV/RV systolic function. No P.E/clot/vegetation LVEF - 62% ECG pulse is 114 and BP is 110/70. Fasting sugar - 107 mg/dl TSH - 1.73 MIU/L HBA1C. 5.4% Ultrasound report is no obvious abnormalities seen.. Doctor Said nothing to worry reports are normal and advised gas tablets.... Pan-d I have wrist band I am monitoring BP is normal, but heart pulse is between 100 to 120 in rest position... While sleeping its 85 to 100 bpm While running and walking its 120 to 145... Is my heart beat is high... Are there chances of cardiac arrest ??? I don't use any medication and I don't have any health problem. I am not smoker and alcoholic..
