My father had heaer attack 4 yeaes before. He has been taking heart tablets for past 4 years. 3 days before he fell down and got up by himself during night time. He is feeling tired for 3 days. When we took ECHO cardiogram his EF is showing 30 only. What medications should my father required?

Post covid having high pulse whenever i stand and sometimes while lying down also. It's been 8 month.

My bp always 140/90 even using metosartan 25 in morning and nexovas 5mg evng and some time s raising shudenly 150/100 I feel headache that time Am suffering with bp since 5 years My height 5.11 weight 88 I have snoring problem also What are the tests I need pls suggest 🙏🙏🙏🙏

Experiencing very mild pain below left chest from middle till left arm straight line since 2 weeks. No issues while breathing.

160 bp in left arm and 130 bp in right arm. What tests should be done. What it indicates. Which doctor to consult.

I am having right side chest pain since last one month which comes and goes. In ECG, Right Bundle Branch Block detected. Echo and Holter test normal. Thereafter, consulted gastroenterologist and antral gastritis with erosion detected in Endoscopy. What could be the cause of pain? Is it heart, lung or gastritis? Please advise.

I got my tmt ,ecg and blood test done for my heart and all came normal .still sometimes I get get my Bp checked and first reading is 150 /90 and after a minute when I get my Bp checked again it's 130 /90 ..this happened to me two three times ..please can someone tell what's the reason ..?

Asked for Male, 27Years Im having pain in  left chest , left upper back pain and  sometimes its a dull pain sometimes its worse .. Upper back pain some times neck left side pain .. **Note : 1 months before im done ECG , ECHO ,TMT - report is normal and lipid profile is normal, high sensitive trophonin normal, chest x ray normal,Past 10 months I have pain in left chest, The pain is heart related or lungs related or any muscle related or gas related. Can i repeat the heart related tests or what is next step sir / madam.... ???????

NT ProBNP level at 4273 pg/ml. Shortness of breath. But not in any major discomfort. Now on diuretic Dytor 10 mg What could raise the NT ProBNP level so high?

So i will keep this straight i have had tons of ecgs, echos and tmts last year.I don't really have problems except possible pots due to my symptoms like my HR just jumping to 120bpm when i walk, but that's not the problem the problem is the strong sharp chest pains i am getting today.They are happening every now and then,they happen at one small spot hurt for 2-3 seconds and goes away same with sometimes dull pains too they happen for 2-4 secs and go away while sometimes the small spot pain lasts for 30 secs to a minute which i found out is called as texidor's twinges.So the sharp pains last for few seconds happen at one spot or sometimes from one spot to feelings like multiple wires in my chest wall hurting for a seconds and it goes away even with dull pains that stop in seconds too.I have been coughing for last few days by the way.So doc is this related to my heart?sharp pains are strong sometimes and yes streching can sometimes make it feel more painful before it stops.
