  4. ECG report. Have to take any other test.

I have been advised to take ECG for some palpitations issue, is the ECG appears normal or any changes in it. Please let me know whether I have to take any other test.

Resting ECG shows no abnormality. Kindly look for any other causes for your palpitation look for haemoglobin, thyroid profile manage the anxiety issue. Heartrate is on the upper limit of normal so lifestyle modification itself will help in controlling heart rate. Regular exercise with aerobic Exercise yoga and meditation can help.
