Hello sir, here is my ecg report. It is boarder line. Do I need to go through any further tests? How serious is this. Does this condition cam be managed with medication.

Today i have seen my blood pressure it's 137/84 while standing Iike i suddenly took machine in home checked without resting after twominutes it came as 127/80 again after twominutes it came as the 112/74 is this normal

Having this throbbing pain in left hand side and back from time to time. Consulted many doctors but of no use.Swelling on left ankle too.Its in control for few days and then it's unbearable for few days.Have stopped feeling ok altogether.There is always a tightness in my chest.Because of this unable to live my daily life normally.Plz help. Yesterday I had a left chest discomfort and pain in left shoulder blades along with rapid heartbeat of 130-140 HR and BP of 170/100. I went for ECG near by it says Sinus Tachycardia and Left posterior block. Then I had to rush to ER. They took 2 ECG more one after giving metosartan to me and put into observation and discharged me late night. Previously I have been suffering from on and off chest pain and rapid heart beats. But I have had Stress Echocardiogram and CT CA which came absolutely normal before the episode that happened yesterday. I'm a 32 year old guy and I take metropolol 25 and Telisartan daily. So what happened yesterday. I am attaching my abnormal ECG report and ECG that was taken after giving me metosartan.

I have pain in left hand middle and left side chest pain and daily headache(pain in centre head) also short of breadth. i took test like ecg echo chest x-ray also pulmonary function test all normal. crp level is 22 and ige is 1200 also vitamin d deficiency pulmonologist gave medicines to reduce crp ige and tab for increasing vitamin d i took medicine for 2 months but no relief can't to minimal activity like bathing and dressing my son i feel exhausted got pain and short of breadth of i take rest pain is subsiabded again pain will start when i active can't able to exercise also it's affecting my quality of life very much. pls advice what to do. i feel like i have some cardiac issue like angina or something pls advice what to do?
