I have borderline cholesterol of 240. Dr asked me to do lipid profile so should I do extended lipid profile with 12 tests ( lipid profile with 4 extra test which includes lipoprotein A,high sensitive CRP, apolipoprotein A1 &B Apo A1/ApoB ratio, homocysteine) or lipid profile with 8 test will work

What is the ideal healthy heart rate for men age 35-40. What is the meaning of maximal heart rate. My hr is nearer to 100 when i am sitting or doing office work. Is it ok or not. And when i am driving it is become more than 100 bpm.

Hello i feel like a contraction of squeeze feeling in the middle of the chest between the breasts (cleavage area) for a sec or two 1-2 times ina day or two. What could be the reason. After having Covid last year this disappeared for few months but i am again feeling it past 2 weeks for 1-2 times in a day for a second or two, kind of dil ghutne jesi feeling. Please suggest. I take Nexpro L every day in morning empty stomach. Thanks.

I have BP, so I took bp tablet regularly( Morning and Night). Some times it wil raise . I don't know what to do. What is the problem in bp raise. I took food half salt only. So pls help me

So my father had covid 11 days back and 2 days later i fell sick. I had fever for 2 days now i have no fever and no symptoms for the last 5 days. Can i start moderate work out now. I feel stiff. My heart health and all is fine i did echo and ecg few months back due to heart anxiety. So can i start mild workout or do i wait for few more days?

Mild chest discomfort or an unpleasant feeling in chest. Having palpitations while lying down. Visited physician and advised to consult a cardiologist based on attached ECG. Blood pressure is 120/90. Cilacar 10mg twice daily taking since last 2 months. Looking forward to kind suggestions. TSH is 7.4 , Thyroxine dose revised to 37.5 from 25 mcg today.
