Mid line chest pain from tonight

Asked for Male, 33 Years

Dear doctor I have a mod line chest after walking and goes away when doing rest but in morning it again come and feeling breathlessness so i have done an ecg here i am enclosing the report in this report machine shows that slight ST elevation V4. Is it any seriousness or faulty result. Or another reason for chest pain. Is i am ok or want to go for further investigation. Please suggest me sir.

The ECG is normal. If you have exertional chest pain then get an Echo and TMT done
